Frequently Asked Questions

What is Spirituality?

Spirituality will be defined by one or more of the following:

  1. An awareness and growing perception of who and what we really are - much more than our physical bodies.

  2. A realisation of our inner, authentic power and our connection with all of Life, physical and non-physical, including the Prime Source.

  3. A widening of perception, unlimited in its outlook, and acceptance of consciousness as a vehicle for higher and lower intelligences present in our Universe, and further, on a cosmic Multiverse scale.

  4. Not necessarily Spiritualism, although that may encompass some aspects of Spirituality, as will most religions.

  5. Acceptance and development of the power and creativity of mankind.

  6. Emmanation of the qualities of Compassion, Unconditional Love for all life, Brotherhood and Integrity.

How Can I Be Aware of my Spirituality?

Spirituality is not a commodity, and therefore cannot be ordered. It is an awareness, a perception. We can open our perception by desiring it.  The very action of wanting to know more about, and experience, our own spirituality opens channels in the mind to receive more and more awareness. It is important that we do not over-emphasise this aspect however as a balance must exist between our physical experiences and our spiritual experiences. For example it is perfectly O.K. to read a good Whodunnit in between reading more about our spiritual aspect - it restores the balance.

Meditation is very good for developing the perception of our personality-self, and the aspects of consciousness that we seek. See Meditation in the articles section.

The realisation of 'self' is very important, as is the acceptance of ourselves as Beings of inner power and strength, and that we are as perfect as we can be at the moment of now, within the extent of our experiences and development (Loving ourself for what we are, right now). This allows us to see others in a new light, often needing our help, understanding and acceptance. It enables us to feel more like allowing our Unconditional Love to be given to all, regardles of how we perceive them to be. It also allows us to be non-judgmental, and to realise our Free Will choices. Remember that there is no absolute truth. Truth is how you perceive it to be. Today's truth is probably about to change as a result of experience, environment or attitude, and so tomorrow's truth will be different. Listen to ALL truths, and then make your own.  This way you will become aware of self - who you really are.
